I have put down my papers to get the best possible gratuity and final settlement I want to increase base pay component in the compensation plan, when will be the next slot for updating the same

Gratuity is not based on basic pay component here as it is modifiable. It is calculated on fixed pay in Accenture

It is based on the last drawn basic pay

TL and above can increase base pay.

Those who received hike or promotion hike in December cycle for those window will be open in 1 week for December. If no hike then window will open in next Year april
