Trending @Accenture; New tax slab - promotion

If I get a promotion now, my salary might go little over 13 lakhs. Since there is no tax till 12.5 lakhs I will be earning the same as before or even less depending upon the percentage of hike I get. Will accenture do any restructuring of salary or is there any other way.
