Trending @Accenture; New Rule 2days holiday mandatory in a month from this month onwards
I got a call from my manager and she said we need to take mandatory 2 days off in a month More hours should not be calculated🤣🤣 Did anyone else got this updates???

I have been in the same situation twice they asked us to take 10-10 days leave as the client was not ready to pay during the freeze period. Truly hated it.

This will come at end of every FY

This is to maintain chargeability with certain clients since they can only provide chargeability for a certain number of days. It is not Accenture policy. You can still work on those days but you won't be given chargeability. Either take leaves or do some training for those days and receive WBSE.

Is this coming as a policy in atci?

2 days off or 2 days holiday. I assume its two daya vacation, because Accenture is not generous enough to give holiday. Usually when billability issues come, clients ask people to take vacations, and in the Accenture client is god.

How can I get the same implemented in my project! 🥲

It is happening with some clients
