Trending @Accenture; New RTO compliance mail

Hi guys.

Did any of you receive this RTO compliance mail?

My base location is Mumbai and I'm tapping my ID in Hyderabad. The pic contains two tables.. one for normal tap in and another one to indicate that if we visited the assigned base location.

They have tagged my team lead too. So if i continue to do this, will they take action or something.. like termination?

I'm scared regarding this mail. Many people in my team are doing the same (visiting other location other than base location) and they've too received these mails.

They absolutely won't change the base location anytime before completing 2 years (I heard from people..)

So are the options that are really left are to go to base location or to resign ??

Base location is not a problem in my case i have multiple offices in the base location and I go to the one nearest to me, but after this stupid designated facility thing I have to go to an office that is 1 and half hour away both ways 🙄

They are really squeezing us hard and want employees to leave willingly from their end .

There is no other reason why they are being so rigid and micromanaging this whole thing with a dedicated team .

My manager is not approving my base location change request what shall I do now .

You can try Organization Initiated Transfer (OIT).... Which can done before 2 years you can relocate

I don't know what this is. How can I do this ? Who do I need to contact for this ?

Any idea, how much does it usually take for a PMO to process OIT or EIT request?

Even I have discussed with my managers for OIT, they said they will discuss with PMO.

Card expiration is nothing, their contract is ending with an old vendor.

I have 5 months remaining for completing 2 year in current base location which got changed due to project. Hoping will survive 5 months than apply for EIT......OIT they just say will see will see and than no response...and bugging them every 3,4 days felt irritating.
