Hi everyone, I recently released from project voluntarily... I'm searching for new project with onsite opportunities...but people are contacting me for openings in their projects which don't have onsite openings... How should I politely reject those interviews ? Any Accenture people who recently got onsite opportunity recently or any M or SM pls reply with suggestions

To politely decline, say: "Thank you for considering me. Currently, I'm specifically looking for onsite opportunities. I hope we can collaborate in the future."
From what I've heard , there are a few Java/ABAP dev role projects which have on-shore opportunity.
But in these projects, u will have to attain a foreign language certification and work in that project as an off-shore for atleast 3 years. After that, they will consider bringing you on-shore🥲.
