Dont you think the new leave policy is discriminatory and provides some locations added advantage.

If you observe Hyderabad, Indore and many other get benefits without reason.

Where as all locations in Maharashtra, Banglore have very less leaves comparitively.

It is governed by state leave policy which Accenture has to follow, Accenture has no say in which state will get how many leave

In Kolkata they are having half pay sick leave. As per my knowledge neither government offices nor other corporates are following this sick leave policy.

The policies are not discriminatory. They are different based on the states accenture base office is. Companies try to show compliance on incremental basis.
