Trending @Accenture; New joinee bench

I joined accenture a month ago and on bench I was rejected for one project as technically not good for a lead role. I am reaching people for projects but no use. I am worried as they Saif D some capability program etc things.Can somebody let me know and is that something to worry about.

Don't worry about it. Capability programs are just formalities. Keep reaching out, you'll get a project soon.

As you are new joiner, they wont be very strict with you in evaluation..once the probation ends and you are without project for long, then you might come in radar
