Trending @Accenture; New CTC?

Hi when i joined Accenture my salary structure was:- Base pay- 7lpa Variable pay -1.47lpa

After 6.7% hike Base pay - 746931

What will be the new ctc now or variable pay? Where we can check it Or the variable pay will remain same to 1.47lpa only?

If i want to switch then how to show them new revised letter?

Variable pay at Accenture is kind of tricky. In terms of percentage, it can either decrease or increase.
You can't predict your future variable pay
