Trending @Accenture; Negetive feedback from HR

Hi guys, I recieved a negative feedback yesterday from my HR, about not being competent for the project. Taking too much help.. and there were some wrong info too about leaves. I can I do about this? Can somebody pls tell, what i can do now. Or are they gonna fire or put in PIP. What's this sudden feedback?? HELPPPP

Not sure about the background about your performance or other things but would like to comment on this situation as I had faced in my past project...First thing it is play by your manager who gives the feedback to Hr and they start documentation using hr as they can't directly mail you and it may bounce back to him...so he is playing safe using hr. You should be straightforward and ask them proof of each and every thing how they are determined incompetent....ask them from when they noticed it and why didn't they support (ask for mail proof) everything mail proof if they are telling so and so month we supported and you didn't perform...ask them email proof for the backed... Finally don't agree on any feedback which is not documented...add few things this the first time I got feedback I will work on it...if they assign difficult task inform it difficult one and I need support...you need to be smart pushing ball to their court don't give opportunity to dominate you...talk help of your friends who is good in communication and respond nicely...if you don't respond to any mail it is your acceptance so respond to all the mails.. Ultimately you need to buy some time to search for other projects or outside... Last options if things are very very bad use it wisely reachout the Hr's Director level connect 1-1 inform that you are been targeted by the your hr BP and want to compliant about this with ethics helpline and thought I would reach you before I raise a complaint

I got this feedback on workday.. who should i message regarding it on teams, my manager? If manager, what to comfront them?

Bro I have resigned and still I got negative feedback that too the person who gave feedback when I discussed with him he told that he has got feedback from my previous project when I connected with my previous people lead he told no one from the previous project gave feedback about me
