Trending @Accenture; Negative feedback when in Loss of Pay
Hello everyone, I have received a very negative feedback when I am in loss of pay even though I have received a very good rating in the last cycle.
Assuming they are planning to put me in PIP or terminate me , what will be the process followed when I am on loss of pay?

Go ahead and escalate it to sr manager. If you are not happy about the feedback, always follow the process. Before that, try to connect with your supervisor and try your best to convince. If he is not ready, follow the process.. escalate it. Write an email with your concern. Attach all your achievements and hilights including client application.. that mail will help you.

Discussion is not at all happened. I am in leave of absence and I am not in this mid year cycle too for feedback.
The feedback given is fully fabricated and my manager also knows about my work but it's really a shock for me to get this kind of negative feedback at this moment and I think senior managers are behind it and something fishy is happening in my absence.

That's really not the way. Your supervisor has to inform or check with you before he posts your feedback. Both of you should have aligned to it. Atleast he should have communicated to you . You have all rights to escalate

I dropped an formal email to my managers with senior managers and HR in cc but my HR moved out of the organisation and it is not updated in workday yet.please let me know how to find my people advisor in thiscase if I want to take it forward.
