Till then i was working in project i was one of the best employee for my manager , despite of asking roll off he said no we can’t release good resource
After 4/5 times , somehow he gave me roll off , Interesting he gave me very poor and negative feedback As being on bench , i am scared will they put me in PIP As he gave very poor feedback
What to do in this case ?

Koi farak nhi padta, if they decide they are gonna put you in PIP, no matter what but they will put you in PIP. Manager, senior Manager Leadership HR all are involved. This whole process is to make employees feel valued by the truth is it’s all political, biased and favouritism nothing more than that

Any Idea ? What they expect in PIP?

Raise a grievance with all the evidence and fight for talent outcome change if he puts you
