Can we refer any fresher for Business Analyst role?
I have checked Accenture portal and all the relevant jobs which I was looking for needs experience.
I have my younger sister who just finished her Mba in finance I need to refer her. Please let me know how I can do that or if you guys have any source in some other org do let me know.

for fresher Accenture has one common link, I believe... I'm not sure what's recent hiring scenario, but last year, I remember there is one link for fresher where they can apply

There wont be any referrals for freshers in Accenture.However if you know any MD level person you can try.
But if you are a fresher please approach the local company where you get the opportunity to explore the knowledge with less concern about the boundary
Look for news articles on Google; I had recently seen some ‘Accenture hiring freshers’ articles, but not sure of the designation that was being offered.
