It’s my first time and I have fallen sick and I require 1 week of recovery time as my doctor suggested. Now I don’t want to use to use my earned leaves and I don’t have much of casual leave as well. I’m going to write an email to my manager about it so will they provide me some other wbse? Or they’re going to ask me to use my leaves.
If no causal leave balance then it would ideally go from your earned leave balance as per policy. Your manager cannot give any other wbs as everyone here are binded by policies. Good luck
You can still use your casual leaves for sick leaves if your manager is okay with it, also remember that your casual leaves will lapse if not take before 31st august
We have an option to use 5 continuous casual leaves for the purpose of sickness and wellness
