Hi Everyone, I hope everyone is doing well. I have 3.5 years experience on SAP bw. I am working on a support project , not learning much and trying to switch company but . It's not possible because I don't have any experience in an implementation project. Everyone is asking that. How can I convince my manager to get a roll from the project. I am working in rotational shifts due to this I am in depression. Please give me suggestions🥺 Thanks in advance.
