Trending @Accenture; Need to switch profile!!!

I am kind of fed up being a Business analyst at a company like Accenture because i am noticing most BAs are L9 or L8 max doesn’t look like a career progression will happen in ghis soace. Any suggestions on how to shift and which profile to target whether within accenture or outside switch?

Few options in my mind are Scrum master Project manager GenAI business analyst
