Trending @Accenture; Need to confirm something
I am at CL9 with CTC of 23 (fixed) there is a variable component as well. Want to confirm if I am underpaid or this is justified??? Can anyone at same CL from Technology Consulting share there CTC? Want to confirm as I think I am underpaid compared to my colleagues from same team and same YOE. Thanks in advance.
How you managed to get this much at level 9? It’s almost impossible in ACN to reach even closure to this in level 9
I have recently joined at L9, Tech Consulting at 24lpa fixed. What is your YOE ? I think 23 is good. They had offered me 22 but i told them I’ll accept the offer in minutes if they offered me 24lpa. My ask was 25lpa.
I guess it is fine if your fixed pay is somewhere 21-22 LPA because recently a friend of mine has joined accenture at CL9 with around 8-9YOE and her CTC is 19LPA. She joined in ATCI. Compared to that I guess you are doing good.
For salary increase you can talk to your manager, and if they don't agree then switch. You can get way better package if you switch.

I am definitely not going to say underpaid. Even by Accenture standard and domain you are in, this fixed value at VL9 is commendable.
