Hi everyone, shall someone guide me how to change project in Accenture as I am alone being micromanaged In project. Good work not getting appreciation and only small mistakes are being treated as escalation even the client didn't do any escalation but team lead portraying as escalation. Feeling like being cornered in a team and micromanaged.
