Hi everyone, I recently received feedback from lead in Workday stating that I was not willing to work outside my primary skill, but I never communicated this and have always been open to learning and contributing in other areas. This came as a surprise, and I’m concerned about its impact on my profile — could anyone suggest how I should approach this?
