Trending @Accenture; Need suggestions from seniors
I am an ASE now. I have 15 months of experience here. I am working as a full stack developer here ( Java spring boot + React JS). And l am the billable resource and Client people know me very well. And myself and even SSEs are having the same role at the client side. Will I have a good career growth and pay here at Accenture. Or should I leave after getting an analyst promotion?
When is your promotion due? I would suggest at around 15-18 months of experience, check the opportunities outside and leave. The money you will get will be double compared to here or even more. Try cracking some good companies. Also, since you are already in development, it is good for your career, you can crack interviews with some efforts. Start preparing now and then give interviews. If you stay here for long time, you are going to loose opportunities and money both.
But while switching will other companies consider hiring with only 1.5-2 yeo ?
