Trending @Accenture; Need suggestions

Hi, I used to work as java full stack developer n recently I decided to explore some new technology so chose Salesforce but then I came to know I need to go thru PIP I completed my PIP in Salesforce..n now I m working in Salesforce but facing multiple issues since m new to it...team is good but most of them not available when I need help...I only ping them when I don't get or understand the task or need help after taking help from google....I started to regret my decision of changing tech...shall I ask for project release?
