Trending @Accenture; Need suggestions

I think my lead may put me on a PIP in the upcoming cycle because he has been sending feedback emails about some small mistakes. I have completed two years at Accenture and was hoping to get promoted to Analyst, but because of these emails, I am starting to lose confidence and feel worried about my situation. I’m not sure what I should do next.
