Trending @Accenture; Need suggestions

My friend is in Service desk and she is currently serving notice and her last working day is 2nd june. She has an offer from American Express but they are giving same package that accenture is giving her..no hikes. Should she join american express or take her papers back in accenture as package is same in both company’s. Need suggestions which company is better for career growth
