Trending @Accenture; Need suggestions
This is for my friend he has two offers:
one is for Deloitte with package 9.8lpa (fixed 8.2lpa + other)
Second is for Infosys with package 8.8 lpa ( fixed 8 LPA + other)
Which one he should join please suggest.
Actually Deloitte, the hike percentage and perks are a lot better as compared to Infosys. Regarding the work pressure it mostly depends on the project which you are part of. In general Infosys mostly holds support projects as compared to Deloitte. In my opinion you should consider joining Deloitte from Accenture because you might not like the ecosystem of TCS/Infosys/Wipro anymore after working in Accenture
I would say Infosys , work pressure is less when compared to Deloitte.however again it depends upon the project.
If he wants a peaceful life then Infosys at the same time ready for challenges and global exposure then it’s Deloitte.

Ask him to go for Delloite.. not just coz its a Big4, but also coz Infosys offers little to no YOY growth. It would be ages before he hits 12lpa mark in Infosys, whereas in Deloitte he may get it as soon as in the first 2 yrs there!
