I joined Accenture on 30th September as a fresher in kolkata location. Completed my stream training in AWS and from last 1 year I was on bench not getting any project In this month September I got project and they asked me to relocate to Bangalore for project and I agreed because I was on bench from long time.
I got shifted to Bangalore got accommodation and travel expenses. But now I'm not liking this place feeling depressed. I want to go back home or to kolkata location as it was nearest to my hometown. Now I'm stuck in bangalore Please suggest me what should I do now I'm liking this project very good role evrything is nice
But the only thing i don't like place here i feel homesick Please help me what should I do.
Check in team if anyone is there in Kolkata location from your project, as now you came to Bangalore you cannot change location for 2 years.
Heres what you can do, talk and convince your lead, manager, and get the approval over mail. Then you can go, you may need to visit banglore in case of client visit or some important events
I have done that, my lead was not agreeing but I got approval from the manager and DU lead over mail and went to a different location and visited the base location only for client visit
Job market is bad. Adjust for a year and next year you can switch. Keep yourself occupied in learning. New place can be hard to adjust but this phase is required and you will learn a lot about people/life. After some years you can live anywhere you want even remote job.
I'm feeling very difficult to survive here
Can't i take WFH
Actually I got a hardlock mail...n I got into a project... after that nobody reached out to me..after 2 months some one said that I was rolled off from the project via teams chat ....I was not sure y?n i reached every single person nobody responding to this...n i contacted bench HR ...he said that u r tagged under a project, u just reach to project people, today my manger said she is trying to roll off me..but central team is not ready to release me to bench ...they said they can't release ASE to bench once they r locked....so my manger said to me she is helpless she can't do anything that I need to search project on my own...so here my question is if I'm tagged to a project how can I get another project calls?my profile shows that I'm tagged to a project, so for those people my profile won't show as I'm available.... could u plz solve this...if u have any idea abt this 😕
