Trending @Accenture; Need suggestions

My manager and senior management have requested me to reconsider my resignation and have offered an updated compensation package to align with market standards in the June cycle. I am curious if Accenture will match or exceed the 17 LPA salary.

If and only if you wish to stay back, take the retention number confirmation on email. Not just that they'll match it, but the exact number on mail. Convey to your manager that you'll surely take back the resignation, but only on the condition that you get the number confirmation first. So do not take it back before that or you'll regret it later. IT service based companies are bad in matching the retention numbers

None of this they are going to give.

In that case, simply put, don't take back resignation until you can see the promised retention number on Workday

Get out of Accenture. You would have really worked hard for opportunity outside, thre is a risk if role exists in Jun

Yeah, they released people due to budget cut recently.

Ask them to give you revised offer letter and then you’ll take it resignation back. Negotiate with full energy. When you receive it, send that typical response- upon considering I’ve decided to go with other offer.

And share the fucking screenshot here. I’m tired of same posts, no hike no bonus. Need something good

Accenture won't compensate if ur hike is more than 30%, so decide 🙂

I know one case where an associate had taken back her resignation and the manager promised that they will increase but see there was no increment made to her so better switch the company.

Yeah. Thanks for sharing.🙏

Don't consider. This is a trap, just escape. Nothing is promising here.
