Trending @Accenture; Need suggestion on workplace communication

To leads out here? I have 5 years of experience and I feel little nervous and feel am moderate in my communication. Can you suggest how to improve my communication. I see most of the people around me speak in english very fluently and the words come spontaneously out of them. Also do let me know if you have also passed through all of this and with experience you have mastered it
