Trending @Accenture; Need suggestion : I have two offer, one with 14.6 fixed & 1.4 as variable pay and the other is giving 16 LPA fixed and no variable or bonus.

I have 4 yoe as Data engineer. Which one should be the better choice between this two companies? Both companies are offering other benefits as well but the digits remain same. Pls help in understanding this which is the better choice?
