Trending @Accenture; Need suggestion from seniors

I am having 3 yoe in Java backend development. My current fixed salary is 9 LPA . I am good at dsa also ( not great ) . How much package I can expect realistically considering current market conditions. I need suggestion from seniors who has done that or seen it.
