Trending @Accenture; Need suggestion

I have 4 years of experience in Oracle ERP and I'm currently on the bench. I'm thinking about learning SAP for better job opportunities. Will switching ERP after 4 years affect my career in the long run? Is that good to switch early as it's been only 4 years?
