I am an ASE having 1.5 yoe , i am currently working on sap abap but now when i work on hand on i mostly do copy paste from chat gpt i am not having core understanding in abap and not interested to learn abap , can i try to prepare for gov. Exams resigning this job as i don't feel secure doing private job , please share your valuable guidance

Depends on person to person, this is your choice no one else can make this for you.
Govt job is not easy given the competition and it doesn't have benefits it used to have iin previous years and transfers and working hours are same as private job
