Trending @Accenture; Need suggestion

My MAL is 42, and I officially joined a new project in Feb after being loaned there for 6 months. During discussion with my supervisor, I was told I likely won't get anything this cycle—no hike, and VPay will be same as Nov (which was quite low). Also mentioned that promotion is unlikely.

Just wanted to check—given the MAL is 42, is there still any chance of a default promotion?
