Trending @Accenture; Need Suggestion

Hi, It's been 2.5Y in accenture.I worked in 3 different projects and the 4th is about to be released this month due to cost cutting, I work so hard and independent. But I don't talk much with my manager, whatever work I have been assigned I will complete and discuss any work related stuff in the official calls only I won't talk about other things. I am very ambiguous. My position is currently a consultant but I never worked as a lead in any project. Even though I work honestly and deliver the tasks perfectly and helping other team members also guiding in requirements prospective raising valid points in requirement wise and giving solid suggestions technically, I am not getting a hike double digit no promotion last year I didn't get any hike. Instead my manager gave me a bad review due to a small conflict. I have been targeted even though it's not my mistake, he failed to deliver the project within the timeline it is an internal project for that he has completely blamed on me and I worked as a frontend developer. When there was an ample amount of time and asked some questions and raised some concerns about the task to the manager He was always neglected and told he is in an important call and cant talk but given ample of time to other teams. Because of this some of my questions have faded out. Now the current project after joining 15 days got the news that I will be getting released. So I need suggestions that I should continue in accenture hoping for a good hike and a good position and shall I put down the papers and search for a new project.Only concern is I don't do any bajan to managers so because I am not getting any hike and recognition or something else. As because in my first project even though I got some good feedback from my manager my people lead didn't given any recognition and nor hike.instead he told me thathe will push me into PIP. And asking a proper mail or any proof of recognition after got the manager feedback in workday telling it's not sufficien
