I joined Accenture last year as a fresher and 3 months back got into a non-tech support role with rotational shifts 😓. I can’t roll off until I complete 18 months. How can I make the best use of Accenture’s learning resources during this time and with ~2 years of non-tech experience.how should I position myself for my next switch? Any advice would help

Nice question.
First to begin with, have a learning mindset it's tough to sustain it, but you can do it.
Then see what you want to learn and go ahead and make your career in? Data science, coding, cloudsl, etc.
Make sure you learn those things there are ton of material available in YouTube and many places where you can self learn things.
Also Accenture provide various things where you're interested to make your career join those sessions.
After you are confident leave Accenture and add fake projects with what you've learned as 2 years of experience other companies won't expect out of the world performance from you so you might get a job
