Trending @Accenture; Need some soft skills i guess?

Hi recently I was asked by the manager to learn and work under developers, previously i am a QA. So they are too busy to assign some work to me..even though asking multiple times not getting proper guidance from them. What to do so that they assign some basic work and my actual learnjng starts..please give skme suggestions ..so frustrated from mamy days..
