Hi peeps ,

I have asked roll off to my manager , he has mentioned roll offs are planned for next couple of months and we will keep your request in mind and will roll off in next month's March - April.

In my case,

I am working in L2Support role , I want to switch to development Techstack - Java Springboot

So I need clarification on , it is better to switch internally and then move into search for other companies roles Or Should I directly attend interviews for companies ?!
Which will be easy and efficient way !?
