Trending @Accenture; Need some clarification

If you are on pip and can't perform they terminate. But do we get the experience letter and other whatever documents. As a this is first company dont have knowledge on this. Can someone please guide

No one remember no one can touch your experience letter. Your performance has nothing to do with your experience letter. It just has your dates. And, if someone tries to do any nonsense with experience letter they can be taken to Indian labor court.
