Trending @Accenture; Need new job after resigning from Accenture
In the recent events , I have given my resignation and have been let go the next day without any notice period. It's been a couple weeks and I haven't been able to get any interview calls yet.
And so I am currently looking for opportunities I have worked in Accenture for 9 months and have been trained in Java. I am open to roles involving Java , Spring as well as Python and Machine Learning. Please help me with any roles you see for 2024 grads with 9 months of experience. Any leads are really appreciated Please help me out this time! 🙏🏻
Don’t you know the situation of freshers currently.
Buddy, no one will come back to a post from someone anonymous and provide you with help. This is the harsh fact. You will need to go into company portals, find folks, ask for referrals etc
Well, I've done that
Connected with people , asked for referrals and applied through those referrals. And they haven't worked so far as the number of openings are also scarce. If someone finds any openings for freshers and can share it , I'd be helpful and that's the intent of this post.
Sorry to say but summarizing your responses, I absolutely don't see how did you indeed resign, no PL or anyone guided you on it, nor your parents friends I.e. without another job, and now unfortunately you're hunting for job with just 9 months xp, and immediate joiner - but no one willing to bet on it. I don't have any leads else wouldve shared that, if I get will share; but situation is very bad, unable to fulfill my friends requests for project, that job request is next level. Sorry to state it like that, but it's very shocking to see such decision you've taken. But truly I hope you prove me too wrong and get back on path with a much better job and pay ASAP!
I totally get your point. I reached out to many people. My people lead indeed never responded to any mails. My DU Lead too. The only communication I had was with the HR. And you know how there are no projects in Accenture , so when I requested for some time to search for projects by myself they said the max they could do was EOD. So, they insisted that I resign myself. Hope u understand that I wasn't happy or willing to resign by myself but left with no other option, I had to.
I came across some posts on LinkedIn about companies hiring freshers. You can check their portals or look it up on Google. Not sure if you’ll be applying as a fresher or under experienced, since you don’t have work experience yet. Either way, all the best!

Search for consultancy companies on google and start applying.Go to the nearest hr placement agency and give your cv.
