Trending @Accenture; Need Insight on CTC

I am a SAP ABAP DEVELOPER with an experience of 4.5 years . I have worked on utilities based projects as of now. Current CTC - 9.6 LPA ( 8 fixed ) Am i fairly compensated? What ctc can i expect if i switch now?
