Trending @Accenture; Need help to understand TDS, Standard Deduction, and Income Tax

I got 2% increment in Nov cycle and started getting shift allowance, which placed me around RS 803000 LPA and taxed around 5000. Last month also I got taxed around 5000.

Can someone help me to understand and advise to reduce the tax?
