Trending @Accenture; Need help regarding health insurance

At Accenture, we have employee health insurance. But I heard we can only claim that in case of hospitalization. Recently, I had to consult a neurosurgeon. I need to do a CT scan and x-ray. There are medicine and consultation bills also. I have to continue this treatment for sometime in the future.

Can I claim the money somehow or there's no chance for that?? If yes, what's the procedure?
