I have raised a claim last week, I have uploaded all the orginal bills and discharge summary, final Bill break up. But still asking for other documents i dont know what it mean. Kindly help me how I can proceed

Raise a query on the Vidal portal asking for clarification.

It might be possible they are requesting for hard copies in original. If so you need to send post them to the Insurance Helpdesk (Mumbai)
