Trending @Accenture; Need help on this

My project works in shift B that is from 2pm to 11pm and I am eligible for shift B allowance. I joined this project starting this month and I submitted my timesheet with shift B but I received my regular salary as feb salary without the shift allowance. Any idea whom should i contact for this?

Allowance will be approved by the client in the March month for the February month shift. So you will get an allowance in March month salary. Sometime based on the project.allowance will be received in between 10 to 15 dates every month
