Trending @Accenture; Need help in deciding whether to stay or leave Accenture

Hi All, Currently I have received an offer from CTS,for 16LPA(fixed+variable) to a Lead role, my current CTC here is 11(fixed +variable) at CL 10 and completed almost 4 years in Accenture. My manager approached for retention and I asked to match the hike and promote to level 9 in the coming June cycle. Now they are saying if you leave now you will miss the increment and Gratuity amount. My LWD is in April. So instead of matching offer or confirming on promotion they are accounting on increment and gratuity. Should I continue with the offer or stay? Please suggest.

I think tou should switch, see i aggree that here at accenture we do have a much better work life balance from other companies, but broo money is a deciding factor as well. No one knows till what time this IT industry will be secure for us. Its better to earn more money, save as much as you can and secure your future.
You are getting a good package as compared to what you are getting now...

Stay at Accenture. Increment and gratuity are valuable. Loyalty pays off in the long run.

Thanks for suggestions! Also talking about gratuity was wondering,I will complete 4 years and 240 calendar days in the month of November, if I make a switch now in April I will be able to recover the gratuity amount by November. This is a wise thing to do then?

No one can commit on promotion as it has many criterias. Accenture has better working culture and lots of trainings. Hike match could be done. I would suggest company switch should be done only when it comes from your inside and not just for money.
