Hey everyone, I’ll be leaving Accenture next month and wanted to check if there’s a way to calculate my earned leave balance or estimate the encashment amount before the final settlement. Would appreciate it if anyone could guide me on how to check or calculate it

If you're in ATCI, the formula used will be

(Total fixed pay / 2340) * total hours remaining

Total fixed pay you can check on Rewards portal. Remaining hours you can check on myTE.
