I am using a Moto G85 mobile device. Since purchasing it, I have been facing issues with the authenticator app. I have visited the technical support team multiple times, raised incidents, and connected with agents to resolve the issue. Although the issue has been temporarily resolved several times, I have not received a permanent solution.
Despite following all the recommended steps, the app continues to display the message: "Device isn't registered", along with an "error" message. I kindly request assistance in finding a permanent resolution to this ongoing problem.

Make sure you unregister that Motorola device from Microsoft mysignins of both Accenture & client mail (Microsoft) accounts.
Then take phone storage backup, and use Motorola Software Fix app on windows pc. Create/login to your lenovo account, connect phone via data cable. Follow instructions, phone will get reset & flashed to latest OS update.
