Trending @Accenture; Need help

I'm a fresher and I got trained in hybris and after training directly got into an internal project in development where I find it difficult to cope up with I'm frightened to ask release from this project I couldn't really cope up with it is there any way to get released from this project and then is there any way that I can switch my domain to testing?
