Joined a project in March with promises of aligned experienced work and cross training, but instead faced a stressful mainframe migration with legacy Struts and Java Beans which I have no idea about. Despite limited experience, I was immediately pressured to contribute without proper onboarding or support. Working weekends and expressing my stress and lack of confidence to my lead and senior manager was dismissed as 'being scared.' My health deteriorated significantly, leading to prescribed medication for anxiety and sleep issues. After sharing my prescription and requesting a roll-off, my request was denied, and I was offered either a leave of absence or a role change within the same project. The team dynamic has since shifted to a 'self-assist' environment with no support. Feeling my health is at risk and betrayed by the initial promises. I'm seeking guidance on how to proceed, especially regarding the implications of resignation on my release letter, given the toxic work culture and dismissed health concerns.

Write an email instead of asking them verbally by CC ing HR If your HR is really a good person and understands your concern they will take it forward
The same thing happened to my frnd, with the HR help he got rolloff

I have mailed them with prepsciption attached, HR is already looped , no reply from HR

You loop your HRs lead as well or try to reach them in chat that you are having some issues and you need a connect
And be aware that Accenture is laying off people in bench
