First chnge your primary skill with your manager's approval and then ask your manager to roll you off. Do some certifications. Once on bench, you can find project based on our poficiency.

But what if I don't get a project immediately? The current market conditions aren't good, so staying on the bench for too long is also risky, right? I'm worried about it.
