Trending @Accenture; Need Guidance on PIP Process Due to Biased Project Environment
One of my friends has been working on the same project for the past two years, primarily in the Angular domain. She's dedicated and often asked to works even on weekends and she do that. However, despite her consistent efforts, she's not receiving any recognition or promotion due to internal office politics. Her manager is promoting other team members who contribute less in comparison.
Recently, she received a call from the manager of a previous project she worked on and is now looking to get released from her current assignment to join that team. Unfortunately, in her current project, anyone who requests a release is often placed on PIP as a form of retaliation. Despite this, she is willing to accept the PIP just to leave the current project. She would like to understand the PIP process in detail, including what is typically expected during the plan and the tasks assigned. Can someone please help with information regarding this?
