😁😁 I like the “pathetic organisation” bit. But yea otherwise, you can speak to your project manager and see if they can reduce. Best case they can release you early without deducting your ELs as well.

If you are ready to pay money then buyout is the only option it depends on project to project and your manager can tell you the amount. Otherwise if you are on good terms with your manager you can ask him if he can reduce your notice period ...
